Individual Therapy

You will meet one-on-one to discuss your concerns and to develop a treatment plan. I will work with your primary care physician, psychiatrist, or other service providers to provide best quality care. Most sessions are 60 minutes in length, although shorter sessions can be arranged and prorated. You will decide how often you will meet with your therapist; most individuals choose to meet weekly or twice a month. Your length of care also depends upon you. If you do not feel satisified after a few visits, we will be happy to provide additional referrals and resources. The type of therapy I provide is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Progressive Counting, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

Group Therapy

None scheduled at this time.

Family Therapy

Family Counseling can entail a variety of different individuals.  I will work beyond the model of a "typical" nuclear family. I feel that a family can include a group of individuals who have formed a special relationship.  Family counseling could include the nuclear family, extended family, co-parenting, step-families, and partnerships. I am also able to use video conferencing for long distance family sessions.

Most family sessions are 60 minutes in length, although shorter sessions can be arranged and prorated. Family therapy can be used in conjunction or separate from individual counseling.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling are for individuals who are in a relationship either by partnership, dating, or marriage. Most couple sessions are 60 minutes in length, although shorter sessions can be arranged and prorated. Couples counseling can be used in conjunction or separate from indivual counseling.
